ChiliGuy wants to know…. does running, or any kind of good exercise, really improve your sex life?
My personal answer? (why do I have to go first??!?!)
My personal experience is, YES! It totally does, like for realz.
Think about it – when you feel great physically and emotionally….have that feeling of accomplishment and look damn good, of COURSE it will flow over into your intimate life!
How could it NOT!?!?
