Ever noticed that extra shoelace hole at the top of your running shoes/sneakers? Ever wondered what it’s for?
Most people just ignore that extra shoelace hole, but if you’re a runner, you want to pay close attention AND start using that extra lace hole.
The extra lace spot can be used to prevent blisters!
When that extra spot is used correctly, it keeps your shoes tight so your feet don’t move around and also keeps your feet from cramming forward in your running shoes (or hiking shoes)!
In other words, no more blisters!
